Early Days

A weekly support group for new mums with babies 0-6 months (approx)

New 10 week course starting Friday 22nd September. Book your place HERE

During these sessions there will be a chance to get to know each other, share the highs and lows of the week and facilitated discussion around a weekly topic. Baby will have some sensory toys to play with and there will be a short time of rhyme and signing with baby. As well as a space for us mums to slow down, breathe and  take a moment to consider what's been shared.

Fridays 11:30-1pm - Term time only. The group runs for 10 weeks. Dates for this block will be 22nd, 29th Sept, 6th, 13th,20th Oct, 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th Nov, with our final session on 1st Dec 2023.
After this you are invited to join us at Refresh which meet earlier on a Friday from 9:30-11.

Each session costs £3 including refreshments, but don't want this to stop you attending, please book anyway!

This group would be most suited to those with babies 3 months or under at the start of the course, as it is more aimed at those more challenging early months, however if your baby is a little older and you feel the support would still be beneficial please book anyway, or you might find one of our other groups helpful such as Refresh or Small space

Just some of the topics we will be looking at include:
Change and many more...
As well as thinking about some of the more practical aspects to being a new mum, we recognise how important it is to also consider how the arrival of a new baby impacts many parts of our lives.

The team facilitating the group are mums themselves so appreciate how precious and challenging this time is for new parents. We want to support you in these early stages and create a safe space where your wellbeing is supported. Whilst the foundations of our sessions are rooted in our Christian faith, this is a group for all, whether you follow any faith or none.
