On Palm Sunday we considered two passages. The first was John 12:1-11 and we were encouraged to discuss the following questions in small groups:

Q: “Mary breaks every rule in the place and every convention of the time” (Justin Welby) Why does Mary break all the rules and why does Jesus praise her?

Q: Compare and contrast Mary and Judas – eg their attitude to money, what they thought of Jesus, what they expected would happen in the future.
