During these sessions there will be a chance to get to know each other, share the highs and lows of the week and facilitated discussion around a weekly topic. There will also be a time for guided sensory play with baby that you can easily do at home. As well as a space for us mums to slow down, breathe and take a moment to consider what's been shared.
Dates: Block One:May 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th & June 11th Block Two: June 18th, 25th, July 2nd, 9th, 16th You can attend one or both blocks as content will vary (The cost for one block is £5 which can be paid on the first session)
Just some of the topics we will be looking at include: Rest Feeding Relationships Change and many more... As well as thinking about some of the more practical aspects to being a new mum, we recognise how important it is to also consider how the arrival of a new baby impacts many parts of our lives.
The team facilitating the group are mums themselves so appreciate how precious and challenging this time is for new parents. We want to support you in these early stages and create a safe space where your wellbeing is supported. Whilst the foundations of our sessions are rooted in our Christian faith, this is a group for all, whether you follow any faith or none.
