Community Page

Together, Cairns Road Baptist Church and Noah's Ark@CRBC run the preschool, café, parenting classes and a range of other daytime activities for children and families. The shared vision is:
Serving children and families with God's love and practical care

More information relating to these services can be found on our community page plus much more!

Café

Bronwen Renee Caroline Jonny

Many people pass through the church buildings during the week. So in 2004 we opened a café to give parents, carers, and others from the locality the opportunity to relax over good food and coffee, develop friendships and explore issues of the Christian faith. Unlike most cafés, toys are available for the toddlers so that they can come too.

The café has been busy ever since!

The café is open during term time on Monday and Wednesday, 9 till 2, Friday 10.15 till 2. During half term and holidays, there is restricted opening, dependent upon availability of staff. Check with the café for details, which are always posted up well in advance. Cairns cafe supports fair trade.
